Breathe Well Mouth Strips (Adult)

WHAT IS MOUTH BREATHING?

A habit of inhaling and exhaling primarily through the mouth, allowing air to enter directly into the throat.  Normally, the nose filters, warms and humidifies the air but mouth breathing bypasses the protective functions. It is often caused by nasal congestion, allergies, or structural issues such as enlarged adenoids.

NORMAL BREATHING PATHWAY

Nose is the body’s first natural filter—trapping dust and particles while warming and humidifying the air before it reaches your throat. The adenoids and tonsil then act as a second line of defense, helping stop harmful substances from entering the lungs.
